What is samoa license plate?

Samoa license plates are rectangular in shape, with a white background and black lettering. The plate features the national emblem at the top, and a unique registration number consisting of up to six digits. The first two digits of the registration number correspond to the year the vehicle was first registered in Samoa. The plates are issued by the Land Transport Authority, and vehicles are required to display them at all times when on public roads. There are also different types of license plates, including private, commercial, and government plates. Vehicles with private plates have a yellow strip on the left side of the plate, while commercial plates have a blue strip and government plates have a green strip.
